【続報・誤報】えび中松野莉奈さん「ウイルス性急性脳症」「インフルエンザ脳症」

さて、先ほどお伝えした
私立恵比寿中学の松野莉奈さんの
死因について、様々な情報が錯綜しているので、
一旦まとめてみました。

誤報：ウイルス性急性脳症・インフルエンザ脳症
現在、所属事務所である、
スターダストプロモーションの担当者は
「死因や詳しい状況については遺族の方に確認中です」
と発表している。
SNSなどが発達した現在では、
いたずら心で書き込んだ事が、
さも事実であるかのように
流布してしまっている。
現在わかっている事は、
松野莉奈さんの死因が、
ウイルス性急性脳症
インフルエンザ脳症
というのは、あくまでも
噂である
という事である。
ただし、状況が状況なだけに、
それぞれの症状を
お伝えしたいと思います。
ウイルス性急性脳症
ウイルス感染による
普通の症状が発症することが多い。
発熱、咳・鼻汁、下痢
咽頭痛や頭痛などの、
いわゆる｢かぜ症状｣で出るそうである。
急性の場合は、ウイルス感染を発症してから
数時間～数日後に、
意識障害、痙攣、異常行動、
不随意運動などが発症する。
徐々に神経症状が悪化してくる場合もあるが、
重症の場合は突然の痙攣･意識障害であることが多い。

要するに、初期の段階では、
ただの風邪の症状しか現れない
という事になる。
追記として、重篤に陥ると
最終的には、多臓器不全を起こし
死に至る危険もあるという。
インフルエンザ脳症
インフルエンザ脳症に関しては、
単純に「ウイルス性急性脳症」の原因が
インフルエンザウイルスによって
引き起こされる状態であるという。
ただし、この症状が現れるのは
5歳以下の子供に多く見られ、
ライ症候群というのが、
6～12歳の子供に多く見られる
症状であるという。
誤報の流布の原因は？
さて、ここで
ウイルス性急性脳症と
インフルエンザ脳症の
症状を見る限り、
かなりの突発性があるそうなので、
特に原因がはっきりせず
若くして逝去された
という事で、これらの症状が
死因なのではないかと
憶測されてしまうのも、
仕方がないものなのか。
