今回はしゃべくり007にゲスト出演した
森泉さんが紹介していたレシピ
「しそミルク」をピックアップ！

ニュースなう流「しそミルク」のレシピ
牛乳：180cc
しその葉（大葉）：大判５枚
醤油：小さじ半分ほど（お好みで増減）
オリーブオイル：小さじ2杯
これを一気にミキサーで
ガーーーーーー
っとします！
いろどりも、さわやかな
抹茶ミルクのような感じです。
肝心の「しそミルク」のお味は？
これは、ドリンクというよりは、
「スープ」ですね。
しゃべくりメンバーも
「ポタージュ」
そして、森泉さんも

と、仰っていらっしゃるのも
うなずけますね。

しそに含まれるロズマリン酸は
