自民党の裏金問題で「離党勧告」の処分を受けた塩谷立氏が、再審査の請求を検討する考えを示しました。会見では岸田文雄総理大臣の対応に不満を述べる場面もありました。

処分決定から一夜明けた、5日の国会。処分を甘んじて受け入れる議員がいる一方で、公然と自民党執行部を批判する議員も出てきています。

会見で不満を口にしたのは、安倍派の座長を務めた塩谷氏です。

「初めから『組織ぐるみの裏金づくり』とレッテルを貼られていますから。それに伴わない答えだと『説明責任を果たしていない』と」
離党勧告の処分を不服として、再審査の請求を検討する考えを明らかにしました。
そして、会見で指摘したのが、岸田総理ら自民党執行部の責任です。

「茂木幹事長、あるいは岸田総理もこの問題について、大きな政治不信を買ったことには責任がある」
さらに、処分の不服を訴えた理由の一つとして、岸田総理の態度を挙げました。

「（Q.総理への思いは？）残念な思いというか。（総理から）一言あるかなと。『自民党の窮状でやむを得ず処分する』そういう言葉があれば、『分かりました』と言ったかもしれません」
■岸田総理“処分なし” 渦巻く不満
不満が渦巻く自民党。その一因は、処分の線引きの不透明さにあります。

「私自身は個人的な政治資金の修正はなかった。信頼回復の努力については、最後は国民と党員に判断いただく」
この総理の対応に野党からは、次のような声が上がりました。

「『最終的には国民・党員に判断いただく』と。何ですか、これは。例えば企業で不祥事が起きた時に社長が部下を処分して、最後に自分の処分についてはユーザーの皆さんに決めていただきますとかあり得ますか」
岸田派の不記載額は、3年間でおよそ3000万円。岸田総理は、議員へのキックバックはなかったと強調しますが、派閥がため込んでいた形です。

「日本の文化的に部下だけが責任を取ることはない。総理が責任を取るべきだという論調は、さらに高まってきている」
自民党 閣僚経験者
「派閥の資金問題に対する処分っていうなら、自分も該当者だろって話」
政治ジャーナリストの細川隆三氏は、基準があいまいなままで、処分を下すことが目的化していたと指摘します。

「『処分をして幕引き』というのが、岸田総理の考えだから不満も出てくる。ましてや岸田総理自身には、何のおとがめもない。（党内の）不満が相当あります」
