高市総理が代表を務める自民党支部が去年、企業から政治資金規正法の上限を超える寄付を受けていたことが分かりました。収支報告書の公表で明らかになった各党や議員の収入や支出の内情とは…。
奈良県選挙管理委員会が先週公表した政治資金収支報告書。ここには、高市総理が代表を務める政党支部が去年8月、都内の企業から1000万円の寄付を受けたと記載されています。
政治資金規正法は企業の規模に応じて、1年間に政党に寄付できる金額の上限を定めていますが、この企業の資本金は1億円で、上限は750万円でした。
高市総理側はミスがあったとして収支報告書を訂正しました。
また、総務省も先週、2024年の各政治団体などの政治資金収支報告書を公表しています。自民党の派閥の裏金問題など政治とカネの問題の影響か、政治資金パーティーによる収入はおよそ46億円と、前の年から半減していることが明らかになりました。
国会では企業・団体献金の扱いが焦点となっていますが。

「自民党はどちらかといえば、事業者に支えられていることが多くございます。労働組合に支えられている政党もありましょう。そしてまた、機関誌の発行収入などに支えられている政党もありましょう。それぞれに、やはり政党のありよう、成り立ちが違う」
自民党が収入のおよそ7割を政党交付金に頼る一方、共産党は政党交付金を受け取らず、およそ8割にあたる150億円あまりを機関紙「しんぶん赤旗」の購読料など、事業収入で得ていることが分かりました。
また、政治資金の使い道に疑問が持たれるものも散見されています。
上野厚労大臣の資金管理団体はおととしと去年、東京・赤坂のスナックに「打ち合わせ飲食代」として31万円あまりを政治資金から支出していたことが分かりました。
JNNの取材に対して上野氏の事務所は「各界有識者などとの情報交換、意見交換等に係る経費として法令に従い計上したものですが、今後は疑念を招かぬよう、同様の支出は行いません」とコメントしています。
政治団体によるスナックなどへの政治資金の支出は税制上優遇されるため、国民の納得を得られる使い方が求められます。
